Rosaries entwined in their hands, Sr. Sophia Marie and Sr. Mary Cecilia, having made their perpetual profession of vows, prepare for the chanting of the Litany of the Saints.

During the Litany of the Saints, the two new perpetually-professed Sisters, Sr. Sophia Marie and Sr. Mary Cecilia, lie under a funeral pall, signifying they are now dead to the world.

Smiles abound as the Sisters celebrate their advancement in the religious life. At each step the Sisters are encouraged to say, “forever” in their hearts.
